Our Founder, Devan Bailey, started his consulting journey over a decade ago while working at one of the top 5 professional services firms. He had a successful career, a high-paying job, and a beautiful home, but his work and life didn’t have the meaning he hoped it would hold.

One day, his dissatisfaction with not having a real impact became impossible to ignore, and he took the leap and started his own consulting and coaching business.

Over the past 10 years, 100’s of individuals and businesses from around the world have entrusted us with their professional services and coaching needs.

We have spent thousands of hours training and learning frameworks and tools to enhance efficiency, transparency, and results for our clients.

These services have enabled our clients to build stronger relationships, become more agile and adaptable, increase their employee engagement, and feel the success that comes from authentic leadership.
